These terms govern the use of gullbekkvisuals.no and the purchase of services such as photography, film, courses, and retreats provided by Gullbekk Visuals AS.

2. Orders and agreement

A binding agreement is formed when you complete the booking process and receive an order confirmation by email. For weddings and larger assignments, an individual contract that is signed separately also applies.

3. Pricing and payment

• All prices are listed in NOK including VAT unless otherwise stated.
• Payment is processed through Stripe. We do not store card information.
• For weddings and larger assignments, an advance payment may be required per the contract.
• Invoices are due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.

4. Right of withdrawal

When purchasing services online, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of the agreement, pursuant to the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven). The right of withdrawal does not apply if the service has been fully delivered with your consent before the withdrawal period expires.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us in writing at sverre@gullbekkvisuals.no within the deadline. You may use the standard withdrawal form from the Norwegian Consumer Authority.

5. Delivery

Delivery times vary by service. Expected delivery time is stated during the booking process or in the contract. We will notify you of any delays.

• Wedding photo/film: delivered digitally via download link within the agreed timeframe.
• Real estate photography: normally delivered within 24–48 hours after the shoot.
• Courses: access is granted immediately after payment.
• Retreats: information is sent by email after registration.

6. Cancellation

Cancellation after the withdrawal period is governed by the individual contract. For courses and retreats, the cancellation terms stated at booking apply.

7. Complaints

If the service does not match what was agreed, you may file a complaint within a reasonable time after discovering the deficiency. Contact us in writing. We will attempt to remedy the issue or offer appropriate compensation.

8. Copyright and usage rights

Gullbekk Visuals AS retains copyright to all produced material (photo and film) under the Norwegian Copyright Act (åndsverkloven). The client is granted a non-exclusive, personal right to use the material as delivered. Commercial resale or sub-licensing requires a written agreement.

9. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.

10. Disputes

Any disputes shall first be resolved amicably. If the parties cannot reach an agreement, the case may be brought before the ordinary courts with Oslo District Court as the legal venue. Consumers may also contact the Norwegian Consumer Authority or the Consumer Council.

11. Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or on the website. The current terms are always available on this page.
